Exchanges and Returns

All sales are final since each piece is made to order. I am not able to offer returns or refunds, but if something comes up, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your jewelry and I will do my best to help. Exchanges may be possible in certain cases.

Processing and Shipping

Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. If your piece is made to order, please allow 10 to 14 business days for me to create it before shipping. Every Sol Gem piece is handcrafted with intention, and I appreciate your patience while I make something special just for you.

Your Sol Gem jewelry is meant to be worn and loved, but silver is naturally delicate. Try to remove your pieces before swimming, working out, gardening, or anything rough on your hands.

If you have an opal piece, give it a little extra care. Opals are soft and can scratch or dull when exposed to chemicals or heat.

Custom Orders

I love creating custom jewelry. If you have an idea in mind, reach out and we can start with a complimentary design chat. A 50 percent nonrefundable deposit starts the process, and the remaining balance is due once your piece is finished.

I am always open to working with your own materials or gemstones. Send me what you have, and we can see if it is a good fit.

Service and Repairs

Your Sol Gem jewelry is made to last. If you ever need a repair or cleaning from normal wear, I am happy to help. If damage happens from improper care, I can usually repair it for a fair labor and materials fee. This includes stone replacements if needed.
